"They are not Islamic financing, they are cheaters. You have to sign with the banks first (conventional mortgages) with interest and they just add a second agreement with them so you have to pay $20-$50 per month to them doing nothing. Also $1500 non refundable fee in the beginning. Before going with them ask for the contract to see what it has. They never give you the contract, until last days where you don't have any other choice. Its sad how they pretend to be muslims and scam muslims. If you decide to sign riba with the banks why do you need them anyway? Do your research before!!!"
