"What a nightmare. For the second year my account was hacked and all my money stolen. Took 6 months to receive it back. Customer service is just a mess and I hope I can recover my money to close the account. Just find another bank!"

"Kroger charged me three times for money I did not get. Thanks Christine. Management at Kroger acknowledged the error. Told me not to use her for these transactions. Citizens, charged me for each one, without getting any money. $222.00 yep. Thought it was all settled and then? They slammed me with an additional $71.08 charge. Their reasoning? Even with receipts and Kroger on Carpenter stating I received nothing? I reported it twice. Um, yeah. You don't fix, I will surely be on this. Then I get the most lame text in seriously broken English, that my account was cancelled. I reported it the minute I went home, to someone in China, and was told when I walked into the bank the next morning no complaint was filed. So I did again, and showed them the receipts. They assured me this would be fine. Nope. Charged $222.00 for 13.00 worth of food and 1.50 Kroger fees. BEWARE folks."

"Awesome Citizens Bank located just inside Kroger. What they lack in size, they make up for in great customer service. The staff were fantastic. All smiles and laughs while conversing with other customers. Offered me a sanitized seat the moment I walked in. Jeff, the branch manager took great care of my during a wire transfer. Highly recommend this bank and their amazing staff!!"

"I am very pleased with my experience at this Citizens branch! I stopped in to open a small business account after doing some research and speaking with a representative on the phone who was extremely professional and helpful. Citizens by far had the best account options (no fees, no minimum balance, free debit card). I had a fantastic experience opening the new account. Such friendly service! The associate was in the process of being trained and both were very courteous and helpful. It's nice to see a friendly and respectful working atmosphere between the employees. They had to stay about twenty minutes after close to finish the process and they were nothing but friendly about it. Thanks again and I look forward to my banking relationship with Citizens!"
