"Laundry facility has been closed for an entire month. Every time I call to see if it is open, they state they are "working on it." I drive past the office/ laundry facility every day and never see anyone working on it. You pay all of this money in rent just for things to continue to be broken."
"So far it’s been a pretty cool place to stay. (Lies) They are redoing the outside which is cool. My neighbors are quiet and there aren’t any issues. I don’t have a mailbox lol so that’s kinda crazy and I did have a small instance where the office staff didn’t really listen to my concerns and that made me feel like do they really care?? But for the most part, the staff are friendly and do their best to help you out. Update: this place is raggedy as hell. Far from luxury. They say this isn’t low income housing but it definitely seems like it. The water barely works, plumbing is horrible throughout the entire unit, their late notice notes are prejudice against low income families. It’s weird here."
"I have lived here since July, and I am not impressed with any part of this place. I have tried to stay positive, but it is hard to do when there is always something that needs to be repaired. The unit that I am in has had problems in the past with plumbing as well as other issues, but a band-aid was put on it for me to move in. Today was a usual day. The hot water heater is not working, so I called in an emergency maintenance request because we have been without hot water for 24 hours already. Rachel received my request around 1:15 pm and I assumed passed it along to maintenance. No one from maintenance or the office had called to follow-up by 3:30 pm so I called and spoke to Krystal and asked her if maintenance was still coming. She said, "are you home "I said" yes," she said "ok I will send them". I had to leave so Krystal called me around 4:10 ish with an attitude and said" I just spoke to you, and you said you were home." I said, "I was but I had to leave so what?" They can go on in and fix it because we need hot water. After arriving home at 6:20 PM I tested the water and to no surprise, still no hot water. I did not receive a call from maintenance or anyone from property management concerning why I did not have hot water. I called the emergency maintenance number and the office and left a message. I received a call back from Dave (the less experienced maintenance person) stating that the part for the hot water heater would not be available until Monday. I asked why did we not received a call back for follow-up he said, "it must have slipped but you know now." I asked if he told Krystal he said yes. I said she did not call either. This is not acceptable. This is some of the same behavior that was discussed in the previous reviews. They way you treat your current tenants is just as important as you trying to smile and sell this place to potential new tenants. The "nice nasty" behavior from the staff is deplorable, and the follow-up is nonexistent."
"Chelsea was the leasing consultant helping me out on my tour I took for a 3bdrm she was very sweet and professional and gave me a lot of information about the property. I did apply to the place just off of her customer service alone. She is a good leasing consultant at the property and I’m glad she gave me a good tour."
