"After them texting me multiple times I scheduled to tour these apartments. After getting our one year old together we drove all the way out there just for the leasing office to be closed. Truly unprofessional! Then they emailed me steps to fill out an application."

"Moved here thinking this place really cared about me and my situation. They have done nothing but lie to me and lie to the state of Michigan who WAS trying to help a domestic violence survivor. I am currently living in a ran down apartment that I’ve been told to make a work order for when I’ve just signed a lease. To make matters worse I signed a lease for an apartment I never ageeed to live, I did not know this how the apartments looked that I am current living in because I was sent a video to my email which was a lie. The property management megan and the other young lady have put me out their leasing office when I came in with concerns. Which made me feel like I was being racially profiled because their other black staff receptionist went to get me some help when I walked in and I watched those staff lady chew her out about a response to give to me and I was standing right there watching. They told her to tell me get out basically and just to tell me anything about “Megan” not being in the building but on the phone, so I kindly let the office know NO I will wait to speak with the property manager, they told me to get out in so many words I was not waiting to talk to anyone. The property manager won’t go back over the emails of false information provided because I am now getting on their nerves. I’ve gotten a stove in my apartment they have spot painted and it smells horrible when it’s on. I’ve asked why my dryer has to be started 4/5 times for my clothes to be completely dry. They sent a racist maintenance older gentleman who made me so uncomfortable, I barely ever want to leave this place cause my belongings are here and I’ve been taken through the ringer. I can’t terminate a lease to a place I never agreed to, the space I was provided I NEVER WOULD HAVE APPLIED TO OR PAID AN APPLICATION FEE FOR. Now I have surgery soon and I’m stuck in a rut because nobody here in this leasing office cares about my concerns..I can make a work order and wait like the rest of the people WHO BEEN LIVING HERE."
