"I'm grateful to have a roof over my head, running water, and working lights. That's about it. But stove has been out since the week I moved in. They keep telling me "I need to clean it" but the issue is electrical. They haven't even tried to see what's wrong with it. They keep putting notices on our door for inspections but don't even come out. I've gotten 4 notices and no ones come yet. They love to keep track of when you pay your rent though! They'll be quick to evict you or charge you but slow as molasses to address a complaint. I made ONE complaint and instead of fixing my problem, they sent CORPORATE to come give me an inspection on a damn Saturday. I will not be renewing my lease this year with this complex or moving to anywhere the company owns. I'm currently waiting on an inspection now! They don't keep the complex clean, the maintenence team are a bunch of know-it-alls that don't even listen to the tenant. They just come in, look around, tell you to clean better, then leave. The only one I will give praise to is Dan. He's been the only one who actually cared about what I had to say and he's been the only one to actually FIX something in my apartment. THANK YOU DAN!"

"This place is not it. Kids running through the halls cussing and making a whole lot of noise at all times of day and night. Hallway is always a mess. People slamming doors like no one else lives in the building. Kids and adults smoking in the hallway. Water takes too long to turn hot. Everybody is in some type of drama. Parties outside with loud music on the weekends. This is a project with every symptom of a project. You get what you pay for though. Grateful to have a roof over my head."

"I actually moved out of these apartments about 6 months ago. I lived here for 5 1/2 years too long. It was my first place I started with young. For the first couple years I had good neighbors, they left and I had new neighbors from hell. Just party on the steps. Don't work or do anything with their lives. The leasing manager that started in 2014 is beyond rude. Something is wrong with that girl, always had a attitude. She treated the residents like she was better, when she wasn't. She was just a leasing manager with a dented up Ford Taurus. I had to refrain from snapping on her so many times. It was a great feeling when I got that 2nd job and got out of there. It's not worth living here."

"Lived there for two years, they are very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude in the office. They are not for the tenants, takes them forever to get the paper work done and do repairs. I enjoyed my apartment but the new management is terrible.Tried to get a situation resolved but never did. Would not recommend them to anyone. Ghetto projects."

"I loved that they are income based but the people who reside in here are disrespectful. No one watches their kids outside so the children do what they want. When you need to handle something in the office you have to pray you catch them on a good day or else you'll get attitude. I moved in, in the winter and it was infested with ants in the carpet, bathroom and kitchen. It's infested with huge spiders and they didn't clean this place before I moved in they only replaced the carpet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
