"Horrible management/maintenance. They do not keep up with salting for ice or even plowing properly. People where literally plowed in last snow fall.. About 6+ trees are still down all around from about 3 months ago. It’s impossible to even call and speak to the property “manager” and the voicemail box is always full. The apartment way overpriced for what they offer and the dishwasher, stove and fridge haven’t been updated in more then 15 years I would say. The dishwasher doesn’t clean anything.. the stove has gone out in 2 of the apartments I have stayed at here and we have to wait more than 3 days for repairs if we can get through to the office. Also I would not trust the balconies it looks and feels like it’s about to fall anytime I was on it. Do not live here unless it’s your last option. I feel bad for the people stuck here."

"My year at this hole was one of the worst of my life. They give you the run around any time you have an issue and act like it's your fault if anything happens. Squirrels chewed through the ceiling in my step-daughter's bedroom making it uninhabitable and they refused to fix the ceiling or send anyone out to get the animals. The heat that was included in rent? They literally shut it off in April "because they're allowed" and then tell you to get space heaters so your electric bill goes up by 400%. Office lady is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Don't waste your time or money."

"One of the worst places I’ve lived. The noise from the geese in the pond was highly unpleasant along with the neighbors making their large breed dog live on their porch, barking 24 hours a day. Maintenance never seemed to get work orders, as many times as we complained about the dishwasher not working and our faucets leaking. These two errors never got fixed in the year I lived here. They did come in one time and he replaced a part in the dishwasher but it did not fix the problem, they’re old and do not actually wash anything you put into them. He said he was going to order the parts to fix our leaking faucets and we never heard anything back from them. We were also enticed to move in by laundry facilities and heat included in rent, only to find out later that we were not in the correct building to receive such amenities. Which were the only reason we even chose these apartments in the first place. They claim it’s in our lease that we don’t qualify but they did not go over our lease with us in the beginning when we signed, so we didn’t know, but since that’s what she had told us in the first place when we first arrived to check out the place, we assumed we were getting the amenities that she teased. Especially since my apartment was overpriced. And yet nothing was included. Over all I would not recommend renting in this community if you care at all about respect, efficiency and bang for your buck. As our apartment was disappointing and we paid way to much to live in such an inadequate place."

"It's a great price for a great place. All my neighbors are nice and there are minimal noise issues. I love all the dogs, but my neighbor doesn't pick up after his dog and I've almost stepped into it's poop several times. If you can get a newer apartment, they have less issues so definitely try to get one. It's great that they allow people to hang pictures."

"The only redeeming quality about this place is the fact that I like my neighbors. It has taken just over 6 months of the maintenance guys coming out repeatedly for them to finally order me a new dishwasher, and when I brought it up to the office manager she said they were more like dish sanitizers then actual dishwashers. Unfortunately my lease does not say comes with fully working dish sanitizer but says comes with dishwasher. It takes the maintenance department multiple attempts to fix some of the repairs for not only myself but also my neighbors. The rent goes up each year but there is no telling how much and each apartment goes up by a different amount than the one right next door to it. I would not recommend this place as a long term place to live."
