"The community is great. The apartments are new, really well maintained, maintenance staff works fast. The location is great with stone Creek Park close and a lot of places like Meijer, Kroger, and others. I would recommend to anyone that is searching in this area"

"We love our apartment! The location is great and the amenities are nice. We have a brand new apartment so having new appliances with the washer and dryer on the top floor is great. The only complaint we have are the walls are painted a little poorly and there are some cheaper furnishing (i.e. closet doors etc.). Otherwise, it is a great place to live."

"Literally one of the best places I have ever lived! Starting with the staff: they are all so friendly and caring. They are always there to help with any questions or concerns. The property: the property itself is incredibly clean and well kept. The staff takes every opportunity to make updates and keep its residents happy. With a beautiful pool, incredibly clean common area with grills and a playground for your kids, Kirkway goes out of its way to make families and it's residents comfortable and happy. The apartments/houses: I have never stayed in such a well built place in my entire life. Im not sure what they did to the walls but after over a year of living here, I have never once heard my neighbors ( which is a huge deal as a renter.) In addition to the amount of space you get on the floor, the closets are huge! Between the huge closets and the garage space, we have more than we know what to do with! Overall these apartments were the best thing that's ever happened to us and the best choice for somewhere to live! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a 100/10 place to be!"

"This place is a quiet and friendly place to live. I’ve visited this place several times as my boyfriend lives here. They have a pool, gym, and a business center. They also provide doggy bags and has a dog park located in different areas of the housing area. There is also a place where you can barbecue and grill that has a fire place and ample amount of seats and a gazebo. The houses are a bit close to each other as he lives in a townhouse but for the most part it is really quiet out here. His neighbors seem nice too. The pool was fun when my kids and I went. The pool’s deep end was only 5 feet deep. There’s also a little shopping complex next door which has a liquor store, dollar store, Escape Room, a restaurant, and a laundry mat. The post office is like 2 minutes away from here. There’s also a Mexican store next door that has delicious tacos."
