"Redwood in Washington is a great place to live and I would highly recommend! Everything is kept up nicely and love the dog stations throughout the community! Also, Jerad from the maintenance team is fantastic! I have only had a couple times where I needed something fixed and he is quick to fix it. He is also super friendly and helpful. Every morning I leave for work he makes sure he waves! Overall, I would recommend Redwood to anyone =)"

"This has been a wonderful place to live. Great space, quiet yet friendly, amenities are perfect, location is amazing! But what sets it apart is the incredible top notch maintenance provided by Jared Sinclair. He sincerely deserves so much recognition for making this neighborhood what it is! You will always see Jared throughout the neighborhood cleaning up and running to and from jobs. Yet as busy as he is, he always waves, and even stops to say hi and when he asks how everything is and if you need anything he really means it. I've been fortunate to not have too many issues, but when I have, Jared is prompt, respectful and gets the job done. He even takes a moment to give my cats the neck scratches that they demand. He is one of those people that is exceptional at his craft. Jared is a rock star! He keeps this neighborhood looking and functioning perfectly."

"We have lived at Redwood for 2.5 years and are now moving out after building a house. Our time at Redwood was very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Maintenance is fantastic, Jared keeps the neighborhood running great. The small number of issues we had were always promptly taken care of. One evening I was out of town and our air conditioning went out on a hot night when my wife and 6 month old were home. Jared came after hours and installed a temporary window unit so they would have A/C until the main unit got fixed. He’s extremely friendly and always waves when going through the neighborhood. He saw us moving out and came to personally say bye to us. Great place to live!"
