"The mediators are decent however administratively I experienced a lack of professionalism, and ethics as a clear bias was in play regarding an issue that would have been incredibly easy to handle if competently addressed. I further received attitude when I attempted to request they reconcile their mistake. Overall the experience created more problems than solutions and I had to contact the courts for better clarity because this organization completely muddled everything up and started giving both parties bizarre legal advice. I would steer clear from this group if you're a man. Entirely."
