"I am torn, the small animal section and fish section was less than expected... From the looks of things they are focusing more on pet food... Which I understand being a smaller store. I didn't see the cat room being an available feature but that could be covid related cats and upper respiratory stuff can be a problem. Staff was Friendly and Welcoming. Ferret cage that was on "display" needed some attention in my opinion. Not sure if we will return... But won't write it off yet :)"

"Customer service with one male employee was anything but good. The young lady was very pleasant. The male needs customer service classes. Male employee then also tried to overcharge for the mice. If you limit number of mice for people can buy this should be posted. We've been driving 34 miles round tip to this store for over 2 years for snakes food. Sorry to say but we will be looking for a new place to buy mice."

"Convenience of it being a local pet shop, but is overpriced on pretty much everything. The workers.... well I think they all hate their job. They aren't overly friendly and have the attitude of "it's just a job." Won't find too much variety here other than with dry kibble. My husband and I typically don't come here and prefer buying from Amazon or Meijer."
