"I am not a fan of the automation at Panera. You place your order yourself and pick up your own food. I had a buzzer to tell me when my food was ready, but I saw my food sitting at the pick up area for three or four minutes-so I took it..and my buzzer never went off. Also, since no one is working at the register… It seems like the restaurant should be very clean with the extra staff working in those areas… But as you can see in the pictures, things were kind of messy. But I sure love the French onion soup and as long as they continue serving it very hot, I will probably continue to eat it - even though I am unhappy about the new way I have to order!"
"It took 15 minutes to make my hot chai tea latte. I went after the lunch rush, around 3:00pm. I didn’t even get 16fl oz! They barely filled it past half. What a waste. Panera has gone down hill lately. Do better Panera."

The food served at the restaurant was not only delicious but also had a delightful freshness to it. The combination of flavors and quality ingredients resulted in a satisfying dining experience. With its favorable location and delectable cuisine, this restaurant proved to be a great choice for both convenience and culinary enjoyment."
"Ordered 2 of the Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt – Toasted Baguette's. Definitely would not recommend it. If you are interested in paying $10.99 for a baguette with very little filling, this is the sandwich for you. I'm pretty sure that a 2oz scoop of chicken was divided between the 2 sandwiches."
"Food: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5. Panera Bread is a classic. Food is usually good, but the service and atmosphere are always on point! I tried the new pepperoni and cheese toated baguette, and to my surprise, it was simply "okay." However, the soup is always good, and the bread is always fresh. There's always a reason to visit panera, as the restaurant is always clean and has great working spaces. Overall, good lunch today!"
