"I recently moved out due to unprofessional and filthy conditions. I lived at this apartment no more than 6 months and I couldn't take it, I had leave. From abandoned cars in the parking lot, to people constantly leaving (stolen vehicles) in the parking lot. The hallways smell really bad of roach spray and the tenants put air fresheners/ plug ins in the hallways to try to mask out the smell. This place was majorly outdated. The carpet in the hallways is so dirty they put carpet on top of carpet. The leasing agent Veronica was so unprofessional it's ridiculous, they must've just couldn't find anyone for the job. The maintenance man was seen in his vehicle multiple times smoking marijuana. I've told Veronica about it and she completely blows it off. I left a review before I even could move out to tell people to save themselves from the headache and (Veronica) contacted me to take it down or I wouldn't receive my security deposit back, so technically this is my second HORRIBLE review on this apartment complex. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person I guarantee you, you'll have problems your third day. Google needs to make an option to have (NO STARS or something)"

"My apartment was flooded twice from the tenant above me. The hot water tank flooded my storage closet. My air conditioner constantly stop working. There was mold growing and Veronica refused to document it when I moved out. I was charged a plumbing fee that was due to their negligence. This past summer cars were getting broken into. I was almost robbed coming in from night class and filed a police report. They only offered to allow me to break my lease early after numerous communication back and forth with corporate. No security was hired. Veronica became very passive aggressive when I refused to join her telecommunications company (ACN) I have screenshots and text messages from her. She called and used my information for her personal gain after buildings hours. Terrance was initially very helpful but started to get too comfortable and began flirting with me. He asked if we could keep in touch when I told him that I know longer wish to be a tenant there. He also told me that I should buy a pistol after hearing that I was approached by a suspicious man in the parking lot. Documentation is false as they have pushed the scenario that I refused to pay rent. I refused to pay a plumbing fee. Their contracted plumbers are unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. My toilet had t be replaced as they scratched it up and I could no longer sit on without the whole toilet moving back and forth."
