"The worst I mean worst experience I’m been here for almost three years with my mom and it’s been hell for one the maintenance doesn't fix anything I had a leaking toilet that maintenance had look at and said they can’t fix it and on top of that I had mold in my bathroom drawers that I asked to be replaced they literally took my drawers since I been and never got me new drawers then my bathroom ceiling was leaking then it had stop and it started to bring mold on my ceiling and I’m pregnant there’s no reason I should be exposed to mold in my home like this it’s outrageous. Also I have a stalker old lady that lives across from me and my mom that been harasses us for years now and makes fake claims and reports to the office about us and they run with it and send letters talking about lease violations lol when we haven’t did anything we can’t even feel comfortable in our own home at all I’m disgusted how this apartment conducts business also the staff they have in the office are rude they will hang up the phone on you when you’re trying to talk to them and have attitude like you did something it’s so much more I could write a book trust me if you are reading this you don’t want to live here"

"Don’t move into this BANDO!! Cars get stolen almost every day, everything is broken in the apartments, packages are stolen consistently, huge rats as big as cats!! It takes months to get someone to even acknowledge your work order and it is never fixed, there have been crackheads and homeless people found sleeping in the laundry rooms. I told the white lady with the dark hair in the leasing office and she called me a liar! They don’t deserve a penny for the treatment us tenants have to endure! I wish you could give negative stars! Some of the tenants are clear drug addicts, they let anyone into these apartments. And rental rates continuously increase, make it make sense!! My refrigerator went out and it took almost a month to get someone to come out, had to throw all of my groceries out and use a cooler. How is this humane?!"

"Don’t move here. My rent has increased $500 since April. It’s dangerous. They steal cars and shoot people in THE ACTUAL APARTMENT. Mask gunmen running from police hide in the apartment because the doors lock. They close work orders without even coming out, or let them sit for months. Don’t move here unless you want to be robbed by the rude leasing office, shot on a random Tuesday night, or ride your bike to work because they stole your car."

"I truly hate how this place treats people. Cars getting stolen amenities not working . Stupid high late fee on rent after my car was stolen from here and they raised the rent . They do not give AF about the people who live here . Just money. Update . More mold once again. Gave me a late fee on top of a late fee even though they were paid 1200$ for august and kia’s been getting stolen for months - maintenance confirmed and residents were not made aware . No camara added or security but they raised the rent . And they make residents call the third party when the laundry breaks down. SMH do not move here and you don’t have any other options . Update they lie and say issues have been resolved and I still have plenty of issues . This place is a joke"

"The process was super fast i applied and was moved in 5 days after. Maintenance is fast upon request. Ive been here 2 months now and i love my new apartment. Its spacious. The parking lot is a little crowded but i always find a spot. The ladies in the leasing office are super nice i worked with Karissa ( i hope i spelled that right) and Christina .They went over my lease with me so i understood everything. The hallways in my building are clean the basement is a little messy. Washer and dryer are smaller and shared. But other than those very minor things i love it here."
