"This place is trash!!! There alway finding new way to charge fines. The most recent fines list for 2024 tells me that I can't have my window open during heating seasons or they'll fine me $100. But now charging $75hr for the hired maintenance worker to come fix the smallest to biggest problem in this cheap apartments appliances including parts. Don't let your car get a flat our have to change a dead battery in your car because if you get caught changing it $50 the first time $100 the second time you get caught. Its not like we need our car to go to work to pay them rent. Please stay away!!"

"Zero stars option not available, huge list of reasons not to live here. To name a few, maintenance doesn’t fix anything in a timely manner, they lost a rent And charged $400 for late fees even after proof was provided that it was their discrepancy, office staff is rarely available (phone or in office). Parking lots are full of trash and broke down cars, walls are thin so noisy neighbors can be a very annoying. Definitely not a quiet and relaxing place to call home. I have lived here 3 years and their are fights in the parking lot, car alarms go off throughout the night. Save yourself the headache. Find somewhere else."

"It's unfortunate that a place that "runs" a business treats those keeping them employed so poorly. Extremely drafty windows....spaces where things can get in and your money can fly out. The carpet is verrrrrry dated and wrinkled. The shower faucet DRIPS ALL OF THE TIME and the "hot" water stays hot for about 7 minutes total, no joke. So don't plan on washing your hair and body. Dishwasher does not drain. Yes, even after running a complete cycle. Bathroom shower tile is painted and peeling a lot. Basement windows let bugs in. Exterior storm door is a raggedy joke. Apartment entry doors need to be properly painted or replaced asap! All repairs asap!! The rent? Just stop! They issued eviction notices during the pandemic to people who've lived there for quite a while. Who ever corporate is should be very very very ashamed!!"

"Finally getting our 50 year old drafty windows replaced. They must have lost thousands of dollars per winter from the single pane non caulked drafty windows running up the gas bills. Nice new Windows now. Most things are decent here with a few exceptions. No good laundry area for renters use and stairs and porches are hit and miss, poor condition . Some porches are in poor condition as are screen doors. Younger renters are loud out in the lots with their music blasting."

"Would give zero stars if I could. After 3 years maintenance has still not fixed anything on the move in checklist. The manager Melissa is a complete useless, rude, waste of space. Don't move here. You pay for "amenities", that are never available. They raise the rent yearly, even during a pandemic and unopened amenities. To sum it up, it could be a nice place to live but the management makes it a dump. Period."
