Princeton Square Apartments

"I won't be applying here due to the rudeness of the ladies in the leasing office. Not only did she not want to show me a model apartment, the apartment I was directed to looked horrid! The painting job could've been did by a two year old and they raised the rent just to give you this dump that has a loud heater and old as dirt ac unit. Not to mention the Taylor police rolled up in there as I was exiting my vehicle. The maintenance guy was nice but those landlord ladies need an attitude adjustment. Not to mention its graffiti in the basement where you are supposed to do laundry at, looked very scary and unwelcoming, glad we looked elsewhere."

"I thought I found my home with only being there 2 months maybe, it was infested with bed bugs!!! All my things I had were new and I lost everything!!!! Then they ruin my credit and say I owe them over 2 grand for what???? Bugs coming from floors, mirror, crawling on the walls don't move there!!!!"

"I've lived here since 2011 and I love it. If I ever have any issues they always try and respond quickly and the ladies in the office are very helpful and nice. And it's definitely a plus getting free heat."

"I have lived here for half a year and have no complaints whatsoever. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. People drive cautiously within the complex without needing speed bumps which is awesome because speed bumps are horrible. The dumpsters and grounds are always well maintained. I personally have not had to call on maintenance in my time being here besides once which was a result of my own neglect, however I always see them moving around doing great work to keep this complex in the shape that it is.The price and location in todays housing market are unbeatable. I love coming home to my apartment. Truly a gem in 2023"

"Horrible place to live. Told me everything was clean and updated, wasn't true. the vent thats suppose to be above the stove was leaking. Nasty color and smell. it took many phone calls and emails to get someone to come out. the patio door wasn't installed properly so my apartment was always freezing, also took many tries before they would come look. I have a 6 month old child and this place is not worth it! Zero stars from me!"
