"I must say I have seen alot of updates and improvements with these apartments over the past few months. They have put down new carpet in the hallways...along with painting the hallway walls. I like the improvements I've been seeing...it shows they care about the apartment complex, and it definitely makes a difference!"

"This place is horrible! The quote on quote office manager/maintence manager JASON is incompetent, this establishment gives Ponzi scheme crooks. Upon moving in nothing was here far as a refrigerator or anything so all my food went to trash, they don’t repair anything, they try to talk to you crazy then when you say something back they add a lease violation of $150 because you’re not letting them talk to you crazy. Don’t live here!!!!! You are better off living in a shelter before coming here. They claim they have a regional manager but no one can contact him only the lack their of office manager Jason can email him. SUPPOSEDLY his name is Shawn but never seen the guy or even know his last name. They all are just crooks, BEWARE!!!!!!!"

"They let a bed bug infestation grow until an entire building was infected. They obvious do not care about the tenants."

"Renters look elsewhere if you can. They do horrible repairs and blame you for anything wrong when you move out just to try and keep your security deposit. Document everything when you move in and out. If you have pets it is not a pet security deposit. It is a pet fee your never get it back. The application are second hand store stuff and they keep replacing with the same stuff. Specially the refrigerators. You will be better off bring or buying your own stuff. We had to!!!!! The maintenance men are good for the pay they get and what management gives money to do. Which is not much."

"Man I could give this place negative stars I would. First off when you move in nothing is replaced or cleaned properly. The management man don’t even get me started Shawn is as crooked as they come he’s basically on a mission to move his people in here. He doesn’t know how to talk to people i had to move into a new unit due to the mold they didn’t tell anyone and they thought I was squatting I was on a 12 month lease and once Shawn became manager I all of sudden got put on a month to month. Ngl I’ve dealt with mice, mold even black bugs in the new unit I had to move in. These people are as crooked and scheme heavy if you’re not white or Indian yea Shawn gone tell you you gotta go because HE CAN DO THAT lol"
