"The first couple years due to prior management was a little rough. But I am pleased to say there is a new crew in the office and they really care about making a difference. Things I waited on for years are finally getting done, and it’s wonderful. Special shout out to Brandon in the maintenance department. He should be the maintenance supervisor. He is fast, capable, and genuinely cares about his residents. He also lives in the community so has first hand experience. The maintenance supervisor needs to retire/move on since caring about his work is the last thing he does. Brandon, Leslie and Kenneth: thank you so much for turning this place around!"

"Moved in here a week ago and so far so good! Area is nice and quiet minus the planes from the nearby airport. Parking lots are nice and lit up. Management is friendly and accommodating. My unit was very well taken care of at move in. You can’t go wrong with a well known complex like Chelsea Park."

"Lived here from 2022 to 2023. Beautiful apartments to live in. Very spacious! Great response time for maintenance. They usually came the day after we submitted a work order. The in unit washer and dryer were life savers. The ring doorbell was also a nice touch. Overall good experience and highly recommend."

The staff is very professional and warm to all of its guest. Kenneth the leasing consultant is excellent at what he does. He gives top notch service and did an amazing job. He was excellent with communication and answered most of my questions before I even asked. In addition to that, Kenneth was very willing to help with anything I may have needed and just an honest person. The grounds at Chelsea Park are pristine. The neighborhood is very safe and is in a central location to restaurants and shopping. I encourage you to look no further…make Chelsea Park your new home."
