"They harassed me all while living here. They took the words of homophobic tenants that also played a hand in the harassment. Filed a complaint with the housing authority and the BBB. They evicted me under false pretenses. Claiming noise complaints and damage to the property. Noise complaints were made by tenants who were making the noise. Received a call from the attorney who handles eviction claiming my apartment was left in excellent shape. That bigot can choke on a prayer. Hateful, bigots from neighbors to management. I loved my apartment but I am warning you. Do not move here!!!!!! They all shall have their day. God prevails."
"Had the same experience as Tony mullins Chris has told residents that they don't like anyone with a criminal record that includes misdemeanor or felony convictions and they have kicked residents out when the current owner bought the property i know of 3 residents that have been kicked out. They don't renew leases for them either. And currently they have no maintenance person cause they fired the last 1 how i know they sent all the current residents a email stating they are looking for 1."
"This place has no sympathy for the past. 18 years ago I had a felony for NSF and that's a non-violent crime remind you 18 years ago. I was denied because of that this is discrimination and unfair housing conduct and I have already filed a report with the Michigan Housing Commission and Reported them for discrimination."
"It's been three years since I moved into our new apartment. I truly appreciate the walk-in closet which allows for extra storage space. Management, is wonderful....Christina thank you for making us feel welcome when we first moved-in and thank you Jim, for responding to the maintenance conerns in a fast friendly pace. The apartments has wonderful shade during the summer time and very affordable to live while saving for a house."
"I lived here from June of 2011 to June of 2012 and it was a very nice little apartment. It was affordable, clean, and large for the price we paid for it-especially the kitchen. The management was responsive when we had a maintenance issue with our bathroom tub needing to be recaulked and we never had any issues with the neighbors. Being a 1 building apartment complex was really nice and made parking easy, though the parking lot wasn't in great shape. Overall we enjoyed living there!"
