"Been here for double digit years. Loved the old management team. It was very family like and maintenance was top notch. Not happy with the new management. Transferred to a lower floor apartment with upgrades and pay top dollar,(we never pay late) the upgrades aren’t the best. We’ve had cabinets doors to just fall off. One in the kitchen cabinets fell on my mother shoulder luckily I was home and it didn’t hit her in her head. Moving in we have holes in walls, screens broken, windows that were put in backwards and the locks didn’t work screen door broken…. A safety issue for lower floor apartments. The most problematic is the hot water. Move in we had no hot water for 3 days. Maintenance man came he was supposed to be the best one and still went on for 2 more days. A new one came after hrs and left not repairing it for the second day. Third day 2 maintenance men came finally, in the afternoon, we had hot water. My Mom said give them a chance, but I felt they just didn’t care about our problem. The old management would have did better by us. So no hot water again tank goes out and maintenance man repaired this immediately. Hot goes out again for 2 days. A pump problem but when it’s fixed no one tells us that water pump situation is fixed and the hot water tank is out again. No communication or status updates just left us with no hot water again. We pay top dollar rent with no I'm sorry for your inconvenience or any cash adjustment on our rent. Our relationship with the management team is pretty good, but I feel they do what the owner or owners have instructed them to do. To get things done as cheaply as possible with no concern for tenants. I know that the management team and maintenance ppl wouldn’t want their families to be treated like that, they just working ppl too. Owners think differently these days though. All the glowing reviews are from tenants who haven’t been there long. Maybe it’s out with old in with the new. I couldn’t recommend moving to the complex now."
"Our experience started off a little rough there was little to no communication and we never received our welcome letter from a previous rep. However when we called we spoke to senior rep Ivory and she took great care of us. She explained step by step what was next for us to get our dream apartment. Even touring apartments with us in the snow and cold until we were satisfied. Ivory was patient and very knowledgable."
"This place is very nice and has the feel of a condominium more than apartment. The leasing manager Ivory has been extremely helpful and extremely quick at responding to questions. This is has been the most pleasant experience in our search for a place for my mother-in-law. Ivory has accommodated all our requests and has made this process very easy."

"I am very surprised to see negative reviews. I have been a tenant with them for about 1.5 years now and I do not have any regrets. Maintenance is lightning quick - they will either resolve your request or give you a very accurate estimate / alternative. Property is well managed. Tiffany - the property manager is very polite and professional. Bri and other staff are always welcoming and approachable. Covered parking available for a nominal fee Electric chargers (2) available, however a bit pricey and have a giant fee if charging for >4hrs. No problem with food/mail deliveries. Lanes are well lit during nights. Individual mail boxes are conveniently located all at one location. Club house is a bit small but well kept and stocked with coffee, water and snacks. Management organizes food trucks and holiday events frequently. Gym is again small but adequate and is accessible 24hrs. Rent may be on the higher side when compared to properties nearby but this could be the only property that is (relatively) new, has new furnishings, smart thermostats, covered car parking and in-house laundry. Pricing is more affordable if you choose old (classic) furnishings instead of newer ones. Referral bonus is available. Tour the property in person and you won’t be disappointed."
