"Moved out of here July 2023 , I was told I would receive my security deposit back between 6-8 weeks. It’s now January 2024 and still no security deposit. I have went to the leasing office 3 times , have called so many times and you never get a answer. I finally received Beacon management information and talked to someone regarding my deposit. A lady took down my information and I was told she do see that they owe me my security deposit. I never heard nothing back from them or never received my deposit . Beacon Management wont even answer the phones and I have left multiple voicemails and no one contact me back."

"I could not be happier with my results. I have gotten both my bathroom ceiling and new carpet done in my space. I would like to send a shout out to all the staff at Hines Park, especially the maintenance Manager who made it happened and of course Mindelynn the property Manager who made sure it was done."

"The apartment was very clean when I moved in. One of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I chose this place because it is fairly close to the airport. & being a flight attendant & new to this state, being close is very important. Working with the leasing staff was very easy. They were kind & great to talk to. My only complaint is being able to reach someone when I call. Other than that, I’ve had no issues."
