"Slumlords only interested in people's money! Don't waste your time nor money ! Nothing gets fixed, you either have to do it yourself! Building hasn't had heat in years! It's freezing cold right now and tenants are without heat currently! Elderly and young children live here! This building should be closed down and tenants should be relocated!"

"Do not move here. Price might be good but this is not a good place to stay. Management don’t take issues serious here. Police is known to come here a lot. People have die here under the management that’s suppose to keep the place safe. The back door is left open so anybody can walk in here. It’s the cold weather and the heat do not work properly. If you choose to stay here do not expect much out of the manager and the people that own the place stay in Texas and the will not be much help. Find another place to stay other than here."

"Very unprofessional people who work here. Takes weeks for an approval. The building needs a complete overhaul. Judging by these reviews and my communication with staff is STAY AWAY you will regret it. $3,000 a month income to live in this dump you keep it!"

"This location has been having difficulties. Elevator problems, non-functioning windows and malfunctioning HVAC. The Engineer who operates the building has been working very hard to improve the building and grounds. The residents are engaged in the community."

"I called to inquire about renting an apartment. They answer the phone hello. I said I'm inquiring about Newberry square apartments. He answered yes. Where is the professionalism. I asked about the reviews they have received. He says I'm not renting you anything!!! Hang up the phone hang up the phone now. My reply.... You hang up. He than called me back 3 times. WOW oh WOW what a very unprofessional person and business."
