"I lived there in 97 the people living next door were on drugs I worked two jobs and barb locked me out of my apartment because those lying neighbors said I had people coming in and out day and night see that’s impossible because I worked two jobs and was barely there honestly not a good place to live or stay because it’s full of problems"

"This place was disgusting when I got here. The manager was completely unresponsive with my 30 dollar off suggestions. Had to pay the other 30 dollars in order for me to stay. Manager to get someone to clean my room, he was to dumb to understand. Nevertheless I will remain here in hopes that they fix the problems I am facing. After all, I'd like my room cleaner, and ratings can be changed. To add to the problem I cannot sleep due to not having a bed, absolutely disgusting bed they've provided me within this room. I despise dwelling within an unclean residence due to this I'd appreciate the owner personally contacting me at the phone number listed on my residency card. "Prices are a little high but I'm coming from a cheaper state. The manager is very friendly and they keep up on the property. You will need to supply your own towels, sheets and things of that nature but I prefer to bring my own anyway. It's also within walking distance to a lot of things."

"Good size room, very clean, furnished, just remember bring towels, sheets, etc with you. Great for the price. Very friendly, very satisfied"
