"I have lived here for 5 years and this was the first year we have gotten to experience everything. Kelley has done an amazing Job need the needs for guest. I can at least say for myself. This year I got new Carpet and we have got to live pool side in a clean and safe environment. Alex the maintenance man is amazing if you ever need anything he will say put a work order in and come right over. I have never had safety and security issue here."

"I was played out my apartment DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I received a letter stating “they decided not to renew my lease but allowing me to leave on good standing” I never heard such a thing I’ve been here 4 yrs and never had a real issue until new management. I did not move out right away and the landlord told me she then filed me for eviction, so as weeks go on I’m thinking I’ll receive a letter for court I never received anything anyway in the process I proceed to move out then later I contacted her about my mail and she told me she cancelled the eviction since I moved out she NEVER FILED ANYTHING just scared me out my apartment! No one can stay in that office it’s always someone new and this one is by far the worst! Bad management, maintenance is slow always have a new guy save yourself the problems!!!!!!"

"Worst place I've ever lived at!! Everything will brake, it will take them a long time to fix it, they will argue with you that it's nothing wrong. My ceiling caved in on my head once took them 3 months to fix it, my shower head broke off, refrigerator broke and it took them 6 months to fix it, it was so bad I couldn't even keep food in it. Had black mold growing. My apartment had gotten fleas and I don't even have pets. This place is terrible don't live here, homeless shelters treat people better."
