"Carla and Dave both are extremely helpful and a complete joy to work with great complex to be a part of. I highly recommend this property."
"Carla is absolutely amazing! she is extremely prompt and has great customer service and genuinely wants to make the experience easy and positive. this company should hold her dear because she is a great asset to Dietz Property Group. I can truly say I don't know if I would be renting here if it wasn't for Carla's amazing personality and professionalism and help through everything. Thank you Carla!"
"Carla and Lee went above and beyond! They were very accommodating and very friendly. Their customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much!"
"Lived here for 6+ years! Moved in when the builder was owner/operator of the property (we were first to move into our 3bed unit). These are nicely built and appointed townhouse apartments! Great location to commute west (AA) or east (Detroit). The builder, Danny, was super attentive and his staff paid close attention to the property resident requests. Will admit that the next owner/operators were less responsive, but thankfully the most recent management company has been great! Immediate, same-day attention to a broken hot water heater saved us (Thank you RVP!). Wish we could stay longer (great neighbors!), but had to move on as life changes. The dog park is nice perk as is the Cemetery Park across the street. We frequently walked to Old Town and Downtown Plymouth in the summers!"
"The management at this apartment has been the worst I've ever encountered. It has been horrendous living here. It may look aesthetically pleasing, however, there are so many problems. When we originally moved in, the apartment was not clean on the designated date. I asked that the prorated rent be adjusted since we were not able to move in due to the apartment being dirty - my request was denied. Then I was having a problem with my washer/dryer. My clothes kept getting stained with black marks. I called multiple times and put in a work request. In the work request I clearly stated that no one was to enter unless I was home ( I work nightshift as an ER nurse ). This was blatantly ignored and someone entered my apartment without my permission, without my knowing to look at my washer/dryer - which in fact if right outside of my bedroom where I sleep during the day. I complained to the then manager who "apologized" for the inconvenience. While my washer/dryer has since been replaced, there continues to be black stains on my clothes to which the service manager has no answer as to why they are there. The most recent incident has been the worst. My fridge broke - freezing everything! I am on medication for an illness; I have to give myself an injection every other week that needs to be refrigerated. I submitted the work request on 9/12 and as of today (10/1) my fridge has not been fixed. I was told they needed to order a new fridge and to deal with it in the meantime. My medication was ruined. $60,000 worth of medication - ruined. I am now without my medication that keeps my illness at bay. I've called the leasing office requesting to speak with the manager, whom I was told was "unavailable" and to call back to speak with. Every time I've since tried to call back there has been no answer. The blatant lack of caring and lack of communication is insane. I have had nothing but problems since moving in here and I cannot wait to move out."
