Hidden Cove Estates

"Good day Hidden Cove Estates staff. I am the former occupant of 15380 Mystic Circle. First, I want to bring to your attention that I was not appropriately interviewed regarding the accusations made against me. I’ve lived on Mystic Circle for 10 years, and not once to my knowledge, did I have have complaints against my family and me. I must say that I find it alarming that I was not questioned at any point regarding complaints. Furthermore, I was not allowed the “due process” to defend myself against allegations. To this day, I do not know exactly why I was told to vacate. I was not told what were my violations, yet I was told rather quickly that I will not be able to renew my lease. The bottom line is, no one took the time to talk with me using diplomacy. My review for Hidden Cove has now been tainted. To be a long-term occupant who paid their rent on time always, I would think that I would have been given allowance for grace. No mercy was bestowed to me. I had to quickly uproot my family and vacate in 35 days from 10 years of occupancy. I surely hope that if there’s another family who receives violations that at least the opportunity to communicate those violations will be told to that family. Remember, decorum is everything."

"I called here to inquire about a rental property and it’s availabilities during Covid 2021. I was greeted with a response no availability and there’s a waitlist. When I begin to inquire about the possible waitlist and Application I was told that no one ever move here and I would be better off just calling back. When I declined and insisted I received an application to put my name on the waitlist I was responded to to very rudely and very persistent on just calling and avoiding the application fees. I had to request the application several times before I was actually granted my request and it almost seem as if It was a problem. My experience was very disheartening and uncomfortable as a new inquiring resident."
