"The customer service alone is worth 5 stars. We own a business in Canton (September Bliss Event Studio). With children, working full-time and running the business, driving back and forth could be quite challenging. My husband passed this place frequently but we never thought to look it up. After looking it up, we saw that the reviews were fairly decent and decided to give it a try. During our first stay we were quite pleased. Mind you, we knew that we shouldn't expect a room fit for royalty but we at least wanted cleanliness and safety. This place quickly became our staple. There were/are a few variations from room to room (some only have showers, some were more updated than others etc., some of the ac/heat units worked partially). However, for the value, location and customer service it was still worth it. Anytime we asked for an accommodation, the staff willingly provided it (room changes, early check-ins, extra towels, bringing requested items to my room when I was stuck with my newborn). We stayed here over 23 times last year alone and love their reward program where we earn extra points that can be redeemed for free rooms. Fast forward to 2024, they are currently making updates. The entire 2nd floor has been renovated. During my stay this week, the Operations Manager (who is always so friendly) offered to have us test out one of the new rooms to provide feedback. Due to that offer, I chose to extend my stay and test the room. The upgrades are perfect. I love everything about the updates. There are a few minor things I would like to see personally (because I need a room that is suitable for family). However, I have absolutely no complaints. My only hope is that the prices don't increase too much :) If you're looking for customer service and have the patience to wait on upgrades to be completed, trust me this is the place."

"Checked into this hotel expecting a peaceful stay, but was rudely awakened by loud remodeling noises and constant knocking starting at 7 AM. Absolutely couldn't rest and had to check out by 9:30 AM due to the disruption. Really disappointing when you're looking forward to some relaxation. Ugh, that's even worse that they didn't do anything about it! Moreover, when I brought up the issue with the staff, all I got was a 'sorry, we're remodeling.' No action was taken to mitigate the noise or offer a solution. Highly do not recommend staying here if you actually want to get some sleep. Additionally, the bathroom door wouldn't fully shut, compromising privacy, and there was water on the floor before we even used it. Between the noise and the room issues, this hotel is a hard pass if you're looking for comfort or a good night's sleep."

"The rooms are good, and so it's the general facilities. I was surprised not to see bottled water in the room, but luckily I got my refillable one and I could fill it at the pool where the drinking station is. The breakfast is good and simple."

"My sister and I went to a concert and stayed the night after. We were impressed with the cleanliness and well appointed room, very comfy, peaceful, reasonable. The lady taking care of the breakfast nook was very helpful and pleasant, in fact she never stopped smiling."

"Good service and good place for the hotel! Nice breakfast and the workers were really nice. However, as soon as we got in our room, it smelled really musty. I walked on the carpet with my socks on (probably should’ve kept my shoes on) and the bottoms of my socks were immediately dark after five minutes which was pretty gross. We definitely knew there was mold in our room since we smelled it and saw it in the cracks of the shower but we had to stay anyway. Otherwise, not horrible and have stayed in worse hotels."
