"This is, hands down, the best apartment complex I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling home. It’s been 6 months since I moved here &, wow, this place is magnificent. The office staff has a remarkable way of being professional yet giving you that feeling of being truly welcomed. I’ve never had any big issues and the minor requests I’ve made to the office were handled quickly & efficiently by one of the delightful individuals from their maintenance staff. 10 OUT OF 10!"

"Overpriced and inferior quality. Most if not all appliances are outdated. Management complains about little stuff tenants do but they allow people to smoke cigarettes inside. Office staff is extremely unprofessional. Very short tempered. Every time you go to the office, look in the grass outside because that's where they will be smoking cigarettes while the office is left vacant and locked. There seems to be a race to the bottom among landlords, and places like Plymouth manor are leading that race."

"Signed a year lease and it was a huge mistake. The place is old, tons of problems. The faucet in the bathroom has leaked and flooded the bathroom three times and they never answer the phone in the office. You can to physically go in to speak to someone and put in a request to have things fixed. That's just the beginning. The place is infested with bugs. Centipedes, flying ants, regular ants. Has been going on for over 8 months. They had someone come spray twice when we were gone and it didn't help. We spent tons of our own money fixing the problem. There are also mice, two when we moved in. Our fridge broke twice, had it "repaired" and then it broke again. Ruined two fridge fulls of food before they finally replaced it. That was two weeks ago and I'm not holding my breath. Door knobs fall off, sinks don't stop dripping, water stains on the wall. The in unit washer and dryer are expensive, we didn't get the promised storage unit because someone else was it in (this was never fixed) and the basement lights are terrible. Non smoking building but people still smoke and nothing is done to enforce it. You have to literally call daily in order to get anything done and leave messages. There are so many other things going on but this is just off the top of your head. The only good thing is the area. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. This apartment is a wreck most things are destroyed before you ever even move in, several holes in the walls a lot of damage to the floor boards. All repaired however, terribly and very obvious. The price is astronomical for what you are getting. The laundry area is pitiful and usually doesn’t work and is broken. There is mold in the apartment where I live due to lack of care as well. I have put in service requests several times and they still haven’t been taken care of. Oh and did I forget to mention the horribly rude staff? Staff cursed at me over the phone. For what? I’m still not entirely sure what I did to deserve that. And my last input is that the apartments do not have an intercom system because of people breaking into the buildings so frequently that they just don’t work. The doors to each apartment have also clearly been broken into several times. Just do yourself a favor and don’t consider this place it isn’t worth it."

"I like this place, I really do, but the only problem so far is that the AC does not work properly and when attempted to be fixed 3+ times, no progress was made. We had a major heat wave and I had to invest in a box fan and rotating fan to keep my room survivable for a while. I would have to sit in my car and watch Netflix on my phone or go out to the library or restaurant in order to cool down sometimes because it got that bad. Only issue. I love the management and everything else that needed to be handled has been handled very well, and the apartments are spacious. Comfortable. Not that bad. Water gets hot and you don’t have to pay for it. Heat is included which is nice. You pay for the rent and you pay your electric bill. Not too bad of a deal, especially for the location. You have a problem? It usually gets fixed. I do hope come next summer we get this AC problem handled because it’s something I really do not want to go through again."
