"Manager test drove and determined source of noise to be hub bearing & midshaft bearing. Both bearings were replaced. My opinion was that at 61,000 miles was early for this problem. Fix was done on time,with maximum discount plus a new tire was installed at no cost. I am really satisfied with the service and did not expect the tire. Thanks for the extras, it makes me feel as if I’m a valued customer, since I was treated as one. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at your service department. Thanks for a job well done!"

"Salesman are really really nice, maybe a little pushy. I get I need to make a living. Where this place really lacks is the parts department. Feel like I’m always bothering them. They don’t show any friendliness. Or seem happy to see you. They need some of the slick sales guys to teach the parts department to be a little more customer, friendly, and forward facing. Huge Honda fan, love their cars, have owned six of them, anytime I need parts I have the same experience with the parts department. I will sometimes drive to Bosak in Michigan city to avoid this place."
"They did not explain anything; I went for the battery issue because my car started to get all the warning signs on the dashboard after it didn't start due to some battery issue. Before less than two years I changed batter there so have a 10-year warranty. But After the message that the car was ready to pick up, they asked me to pay $99+ to take my car keys. Also, they still need to fix something. I asked when I wanted to fix it, and I need an additional $430. The manager was very rude, and he signed the paper that he had written -I paid to get my keys. I contacted Legal Services & Honda, and I definitely will drag until I get straight."
