"There is no words that I can give that can express how much I love it here at BainBridge. I had just came out of a divorce of 30 years and I did not know where to go with my 17 year old daughter. I came across BainBridge and took a chance. I was meet by Bruce and explained my situation. He listened to my every word and said I have something for you that I think you may like. This was in October 2022. The maintenance Jake never disappoints me. He comes when I need him and explains to me what’s going on and what happened. And there’s Rachel the best one ever. She has made me and my daughter feel at home. Always with a listening ear and a hug. My daughter calls her aunt Rachel that’s the relationship and friendship they have. I would call it Big Sister Little Sister. The grounds are always beautiful and the neighbors friendly. This is the home for me. Thank you BainBridge for giving me a place where I belong ♥️♥️"

"One of the best apartment complexes in the area! You get everything you need to feel like home. Office staff is quick to answer any questions or concerns and maintenance comes right away. The pool in the summer is always maintained and cleaned!"

"It's a great location to live .Nice landscape. The management is so AWESOME. Bruce and Rachel are super friendly. Whenever I have problems with my apartment. They came to fix it very quickly. I have lived here for amlost three years.The neighborhood is great. I walk my dog daily. We all enjoy here very much."

"Would not recommend living here. I've had to talk to the front desk twice for my heating and cooling, 4 times for them to look at the dryer without fixing it. and when the fridge went out on us, it took them a week and half to get a new one installed. Maintenance lied to my face about a conversation he had with my roommate about details of the dryer to probably get out of doing the job. Good area being in Canton but too many problems and headaches for me to reccomend living here. Unless you want to pay $1,500 a month for broken appliances"

"Lived here for nearly 5 years. Would personally recommend it as a good place to get an apartment. It’s obviously not a luxury apartment, but it absolutely suited my needs while I lived here. Quiet neighbors and a great neighborhood for evening walks or running. Maintenance was responsive to everything I needed. Bruce in the office was easy to work with for everything. Loved having a washer and dryer in my apartment. Never felt unsafe here, and really enjoyed how close it is to shopping, highways, and so much more in the metro Detroit area. Would have stayed longer had I not had to move for work!"
