"People that don’t live here always using our dumpster and leaving trash around. It’s not fair for the hard working families of Lincolnshire especially the ones that take pride in where they stay. Also the cleaning crew that comes to clean out the common areas should also clean the laundry room. Washer and dryer. A simple wipe down wouldn’t hurt them."

"I applied here years ago when it was located in the Romulus/Taylor area. They lied to me when I asked them why my application was denied, said I was delinquent in dte funds up to 4000 dollars. When I called dte, whom I have an account with, they told me that it was a lie and I never had the bill that high or I would've been shut off! My electricity/heat has never been shut off. They simply just didn't want me there."

"This place favors who they let live in there complex. I've seen people move out and move back in within 6 months. I applied got denied and they treated me like I was in court room because of old back pay on a apartment I had when I was 18 years old that was paid for."

"Proud boys and girls live and work here they don't like any black ppl/kids and very out dated living arrangements need new management in office"

"I can't really say much about this place because I don't live there, but my little brother and his family have lived there for a few years and they recently just switched units into a bigger home, so I think that it's a pretty nice place. The homes are pretty nice sized and they're updated for the most part so they're all really pretty. The park also contains a pool and I think it's got a playground as well, I'm not too sure about that. I know my family's been happy there for a while, so I'm just going to go ahead and say it's pretty nice place for now."
