"Can never get ahold of someone. They can’t keep a leasing agent worth Sh!t! First impression when I first met the people that are ahead of everything was that they were rude and passive . don’t feel comfortable here. And honestly, rent shouldn’t be raised on anyone here. If it is they are better off going somewhere else where they are able to feel supported by the community staff When an issue arises . After the recent leasing agent left here , u would think someone would of took over her spot until they hire someone else. And actually CARE . I guess u get what U pay for."

"Maintenance ppl very nice. On the other hand the lady at the front desk doesn’t know how to talk to residence correctly. She doesn’t handle anything that needs office assistance. There’s no paint for parking spots 9-10 so everyone squeezed in, multiple cars with no license plate that don’t move. They never shoveled or plowed but when why felt like it. This place is a joke ppl that live here harass you and when you complain you get told if you call the cops to get the situation handled they tell you next time you’ll have 30 days to leave? Not the only thing halls have mud filler also smell like cigarettes 90% of the time. I can’t wait till my lease is up. Don’t want to waste another dime on slum. & this is with the new owners smh THAT ARE NEVER IN OFFICE!"

"This place sucks. Maintenance staff is a joke. You're lucky if they fix something in a timely matter but you're truly blessed if they fix it right. The owner, Eric, cuts corners on every aspect of the complex down to lawn care, sewage, and all general upkeep. I wouldn't live there again if they paid me to. It's that bad."
