"The response from the management team has confirmed all the issues with this hotel “Lack of cleanliness” we pay $170 a night to hear Jason and his employees complain about picking up after someone. Take some accountability for the way you run your hotel, have some accountability about how you treat your employees, and please learn some accountability for how you treat current and previous customers. What an absolute awful experience. I had a one week stay at the Home 2 in Grand Blanc and as a platinum member with numerous Hilton stays. I have never had such a terrible experience. From the constant complaints from employees about their jobs, to have to listen to the unbelievable employee mistreatment on a constant basis from the head manager or some call it “GM” Jason. After talking with him a few times, it’s abundantly clear that he may have entered hospitality years ago for the right reason, but those reason have far and gone. Stressed, miserable, and takes it out on his guests and employees. The guest staying were amazing, met a lot of amazing people thought my couple days. Wedding were awesome, very disappointed they do not allow the wedding customers to come back and enjoy themselves. It’s an experience that should end on a great note… unfortunately Home2 is the NO FUN ZONE!! Feel free to message me if you want a full breakdown of my experience… photos is just a start. "I firstly wanted to post a photo of the pool because when I was doing research on hotels, deciding where I wanted to stay, I was curious about what their pool looked like, as it is my favorite amenity! I had no complaints about the hotel!! It was an amazing two night stay for my wife and I for our anniversary! Staff was very friendly, hotel was very tidy and clean, breakfast was delicious, pool was clean, overall very quiet hotel and super modern. 5 star recommend!!"

"We enjoyed this stay. We were last minute arrivals and so grateful to stay somewhere pleasant and clean. It was well located in a park-like setting, but also quite near to a gas station and restaurants. Easy access back onto the major highways. Updated, quiet, very clean, good front desk service, good breakfast. All the facilities of elevators, door locks, coffee maker, fridge, TV, air conditioning, etc. operated well. The pool looked clean and inviting, although we did not have time for a swim. Would recommend.."
