Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Blanc, an IHG Hotel

"Since moving to my hometown in Virginia, I have to come back to Grand Blanc every month to see my Dr's just because of my health. I chose not to see Dr's in my hometown just because they dont know my situation, and I don't want to start over again, telling them of my ailments. So when I come back to Grand Blanc, I stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Grand Blanc. I have a service dog that this place happily welcomes, and since staying here, all of the employees have grown to love my dog and considers her the mascot of the hotel. Everyone is extremely helpful and VERY nice to both me and my service dog, and I will continue staying there. They also serve breakfast every morning, which I love... with having comfortable beds, and very clean rooms, I will continue staying there every month!"

"The hotel and staff were amazing. Special thanks to Tammy for helping us through a mixup on rooms and being totally awesome about it. You went above and beyond. The breakfast was great, and the location is perfect for those going to the Renaissance festival or just visiting the Michigan area. Highly recommend."

"Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great. Clean. Comfy beds . Free breakfast was decent. Location is decent. A bit odd. You go down the road next to Sunico station and there are a few businesses then up pops the Hotel. Nothing in easy walking distance but plenty of food choices in a short drive."

"The service is really top notch. They really care to make sure you have a good experience. The breakfast is really quite good, the staff are very kind and wonderful, and overall they do put a lot of effort to make sure the hotel runs with guest's experience in mind. The rooms are outdated a bit. Our room in particular had one of the older kind of AC units on the far end of the room, creating either a very cold spot or warm spots through the room. It's manageable, but it took us a day of alternating between sweatshirts and sweating to get the temperature right. Overall, we do believe if we were to visit this part of Michigan again, we believe we'd stay here."

"Rooms are a bit dated, but I have never had better staff or service at a Holiday Inn Express. Hotel breakfast was fresh each morning, and the rate was extremely reasonable compared to others in the region. I am a Platinum IHG member and in terms of service this hotel is in the top 5%. Really impressed and would come back if I was in the region."
