Both requests made were performed promptly and there has been no issue at all with the work being done."

"The maintenance man was very nice but the problem with a missing part of the refrigerator hasn’t been fixed after several days. The coat closet broke from being off track and I didn’t even get a genuine apology for the big painful bruise on my forehead. The door is usable but with great caution because it’s not securely attached. We’ve had so many issues that it seems like we’re constantly calling maintenance because nothing they “fix” is actually fixed."
"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. The entire time was a tremendous help with getting me settled and moved in from out of town and it took a massive weight off my shoulders with the move. 5* for Erica and the whole staff at this location. My apartment was everything I was hoping for and then some. There were a few issues at move-in, but maintenance responded the next day to resolve them and everything has been great since then. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to the area!"
