"Never had a problem living at this apartment complex. I had actually always recommended this place to people because its affordable and the inside is in good condition. However, it has been a over a year since I havent receiced my $400 deposit. I have called no one answers. I have mail a certified letter it appears the adress was wrong to what they have online. I called today no answer. I have emailed them no respond back."
"Mulberry Row was one of the cheapest places to live in Ann Arbor. The management was fine, though the broken washer and dryer situation got annoying. While the apartments are not super nice on the outside, on the inside they're fine. Neighbors mostly kept to themselves."
