"We have been here for 5 years and find the complex to be first rate in most ways! Great locations, reasonable amenities well diversified. The price is a bit higher than we would like when living on fixed incomes however I can’t imagine us moving to the competition"
"There have been several dangerous thefts since a month of moving in and there are no cameras. My catalytic converter was stolen from my car the first week I moved in. I asked management to update security, change our parking spot so it’s in front of our apartment, and send a notice to everyone so that people can stay safe. They did not respond to those requests. Three weeks later after installing my own security camera, I found a recording of a vehicle being hot wired and stolen. This also happened to another neighbor. Not to mention, I am often not able to park in front of the camera I installed because my parking space is not reserved for me in front of my apartment. Also, the water bill is split with the entire building."
"Pleasant and helpful staff, lovely amenities, beautiful apartment ♥️ perfect place to start a family! Great for dogs."
"The apartment is very spacious, open floor plan living area. Full size washer and dryers. They’re renovating a lot of the units but they’re not all complete so make sure to check what you’re getting before you move in. They can be a little lax about snow and ice removal in the winter so be aware and stay safe. Pet friendly but not everyone picks up their poop which is gross. Overall a nice quite place to live in a college town"
"I have never been so dissatisfied with living conditions since my deployment to Afghanistan. The staff was terribly rude and would not help with anything especially maintenance. We had a drip that started coming from our ceiling and we called the office. after a few days of collecting water in a bucket they finally sent a maint guy. Long story short is they tore a hole in the ceiling about 2 feet in diameter and fixed a pipe. A few days later they had a guy patch the hole and had a huge blower fan that was supposed to stay on all day. It was loud and ended up costing us on our electrical bill. We called again for them to come and finish up, they finally painted and had the fan on again. We never saw them again. We had this huge blower that was sitting there and they never came and got it. We actually told the maintenance about it when they were doing something with CO2 detectors and he didn't even take it. As a disabled veteran they treated me like garbage. They never sent anything saying we our 60 days written notice was coming up and then when we talked to them and tried explaining the situation to them they didn't even listen. I needed to go into an apartment that would be able to accommodate me as a disable veteran. They forced us to pay 1 more months of rent at a higher rate because it was a month to month basis. I have never felt so discouraged for seeking help and trying to get well. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
