"My kitchen faucet had a drip after I used it, and even when I had not run the water - only able to stop with an odd set turn-on-turn-off repeats. Was a problem since Christmas, when I had run the water while on vacation (to avoid frozen pipes). The maintenance people were not able to resolve this in early 2023, and I just lived with it. But it got too annoying, and I reported it again last week - stupendous result, the tech came by that day and thoroughly fixed it - the water turns off without drips when I use it and the drips that occurred daily without my using water have also stopped. This was a perfect response!"
