"Went on Friday to get a package, sign on door said "out making deliveries be back later" no time referenced, no phone number. I waited on porch for an hour until someone came. They told me my package was not there, come back on Monday. Was on the porch at 9:50am on Monday, they open at 10am. While I'm standing there one of the owners puts a sign on the door that says "closed until noon, sorry for ithe inconvenience" even though she sees me standing there!"

"Would NOT recommend going here for the following reasons: -Older employee was not wearing a mask despite clear signage on entrance requiring them. -No greeting, just immediately told I could not pick up a package if the name and address didn't match. -Despite being the only customer in the store the entire time, I had to wait for the employee to finish reading the newspaper/having a snack before I was helped. -The employee proceeded to swear at the computer tracking system and act like I was severely inconveniencing them by trying to pick up my singlar, small package. All in all, while I got my delivery safe and sound, the customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I understand people have bad days, but my partner had a near-identical experience with the same employee at The Mail Shoppe earlier this month. I'm very much hoping UPS re-routes our packages to a different location so I can be treated with dispassion rather than the outright rudeness I experienced here."
