"This was an incredible experience among a super stressful time in my life. Jay showed up at the nursing home the exact minute they told me they’d be there, professional, friendly, and helpful. He gently and respectfully got my mother and her gear along with mine( I rode along at no charge) into their sanitized and comfortable air ride van and away we went. Jay was extremely friendly and professional and set off on our 7 hr trip from central Ohio to northern Michigan. The entire trip our wishes came first, rest breaks etc. Alie set everything up so simple that I was waiting for it to backfire but to my relief nothing went wrong. Alie and jay are the real deal, family folks, very patriotic, and living the American dream and doing a great service while charging an extremely fair price compare to others I contacted. Jay took me to my place after delivering my mother and you can really tell they love what they do,,,helping people. I highly recommend Med-Sync to anyone needing non emergency state to state long distance medical transportation and I’m convinced no matter what you need they will rise to the occasion. "Wow!! This long distance transport company is amazing!!! I hired Med Sync to transport my mom who needed specialty equipment to transfer her from michigan that no one else did. They transferred her out of state about 800 miles away and they performed way beyond than any other company I called. I could tell that Medsync was the right company. The dispatcher was really informative, helpful, provided me with resources advice and so much more… I must have called 10 times because I was so nervous about my mom. "With only about 40 hours to figure out how to get my loved one who was recently hospitalized and wheelchair-bound from the hospital to the airport so she could get to her out-of-state home, I found MedSync through Googling. I reached out and the gals (I called a few times) I talked to were incredibly friendly and helpful! I asked all sorts of questions never having done something like this and they had the answers and were patient with me. I was also worried because all of this was happening on a Friday afternoon and I needed the transportation Sunday. I asked when they closed and the gal on the phone reassured me that they were basically 24 hours and to not worry. We got it scheduled. Jay showed up about 10 minutes early and my loved one was treated like she was a VIP. The service, professionalism, vehicle, everything was excellent! I was able to ride along to the airport and Jay did a fantastic job treating her with kindness and respect. Jay also said he would hang nearby the airport to make sure we were able to get to our gate and on the plane alright as you never know what could happen in these situations. I am so grateful for this group of amazing people and I am going to sing their praises (and certainly work with them again if the need presents itself)!!!"

Jay was very professional and arrived right on time to transport my father from one hospital to another. He helped my father every step of the way and made him feel comfortable.
