"Or office ordered salads for lunch and received a salad labeled farm house but was a apple cranberry salad instead. We called and let them know their mistake and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. We would have to bring it back and they would give us the correct one. Jimmy Johns would have had the correct item over with no charge if they made a mistake. Terrible customer service, and no refund for the missing item. If we could go out we wouldn’t have had it delivered. Shame on them."
"Potbelly is consistently good. The sandwiches are great and they never let you down. I started out eating the AWreck sandwich then I graduated to the Italian. The soups are also great. The thing that really makes Potbelly special is the cookies however. The sugar cookie is the best I've ever had!!! Its simple yet elegant. Always the perfect texture of soft in the middle but slightly crunchy on the edges. I cant leave them alone."
