"Living at Arbor Lakes is a 6.5 on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being best. I love the location and do feel safe there which are most important to me. When I have a problem, it is handled within optimum time limits. I feel the fascilities are antiquated and definitely in need of upgrades. I believe rent should not be raised as long as there are no active renovations in process. They do raise rent quite often and excessively. Lease terms are always to their advantage, of course and this angers me. I feel I should be able to go month to month without being penalized after being here for three years. They keep you locked in and tight."

"The outside of the apartments is very nice. Arranged well with nice scenery. Sadly the insides of the apartment I was shown was not as nice as the website photos show. Mold, cracked and broken doors, baseboards and bathrooms that needed repair. The rooms were very small. The water heater was placed in plain view between laundry room and kitchen. Looked like a hazard for children. Sorry, but I will not be renting one of your apartments."

"Me and my fiance have been looking at other apartments but none of them seemed like "home" we tour at arbor lakes and we loved it. Cass helped us from the tour to our move in process. She's wonderful and super sweet. She made the move in process ten times easier. It's only day two for us but so far we love it!"

"If you want to live with out hot water and be told it’s normal, this is the place for you!! If you like to hear your neighbors music or smell their smoking or watch them flaunt breaking every rule there is without consequences or drive highway speeds in the parking lots or have your car hit and run without any support from management, if that sounds good to you then you will LOVE arbor lakes. If that doesn’t sound like the best, maybe avoid this place."
