"I've lived here for 3 years and in conclusion...Bedd bugs, Roaches, Water Damage, careless management that blames you for the problems they've caused and the previous owners have caused. This place has been passed around from owner to owner and has now landed itself in the hands of lowlifes who price gouge people who work hard and let poor scroungers like the roaches that live within the walls go without any discourse."

"After 7 years of living here at Forest Glen Apartments Araceily ( office manager) and Dynasty property owners Decided Not to Renew my family's lease another year with OUT SAYING WHY on our notice. I did email Customer Service 2 times and Texted the office 2 times and NO BODY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS!!!!! I Do Not recommend Any one put a application here to live. They raise rent every year, You have to deal with Bugs, Cockroachs and Loud noisy Neighbors and their loud music and loud Car stereos. And people slamming thier doors shut! Awful customer service and Araceily is the 4th office manger we had since we have been here.Thats why I gave this place a 1 star rating."

"Have lived here for over a year now, and anytime I've had any issues, the property manager makes sure they are taken care of immediately. Love that I'm within walking distance of stores. Love that my community is quiet and peaceful."

"When I moved here I really didnt know anyone. But come to know my nieghbors are awesome. And the community is awesome to. Ive had no issues with anyone. Maintenance is really nice they get stuff done when it needs to be. The office manager is a really sweet lady aswell."

"Overall a great place to live. Quite place, walking distance to multiple stores. The manager is great, very nice and will work with you as long as it's reasonable. Maintenance usually gets to things pretty quick. Been here 4 years now and haven't had many issues (besides noisy neighbors/disrespectful neighbors). Any issues with neighbors or anything gets dealt with asap. Most people tend to stay to themselves, but also look out for others. Not much crime here, not saying there is none cause no matter where you go there's crime. 5/5 would recommend."
