"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Lookout Point. As a professional seeking a decent place to live, their lack of response to my inquiries has been both frustrating and disrespectful. I reached out via phone and email but got absolutely no reply. It’s baffling how a residential community that prides itself on "upscale amenities" and "modern finishes" can fail so miserably at basic customer service. It’s also disturbing to read other reviews hinting that they prefer renting only to doctors. If this is true, it’s not only unfair but potentially discriminatory. They claim to cater to professionals, yet it seems like there’s a hidden clause about who qualifies as a "professional" in their books. To anyone considering Lookout Point, be warned. The flashy amenities mean nothing if the management doesn’t even have the courtesy to respond to inquiries. They need to step up their game and treat all professionals with the respect and fairness they deserve. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would."
"Unfortunately, they will lie and say there’s no units available. Apparently they only rent this out to doctors which is not stated on the website. Discriminatory I’d say."
"Great place to live. For those who are calling and not getting a response the apartments are owned by spectrum and the limited turnover they have is used for incoming medical students/doctors. They’ve in the past had to boot people put to make room. They were built with the idea of bringing more medical personnel to the area to serve an understaffed hospital."
"These apartments are beautiful, however, they are only rented to Spectrum-Lakeland Doctor resident students as they are owned by Spectrum-Lakeland. I was told this information by the property manager."
"Looks like a great place to live, but no one has responded to phone calls or contact forms from the website. I am interested in renting or getting on the wait list but havent had the opportunity to talk to anyone"
