"Couldn't be more happy after recently moving in. Vincy has been great as new management, it seems like things here are being taken seriously and I constantly am seeing ways where it looks like management is taking steps towards improving the property."

"Yes, they got new management they still aren’t great. Inside the updated apartments are great. Nice and spacious. Parking is a major issue. They don’t have enough spots. Every night 2-5 cars end up parked on the side of the lot. Oh and the office staff will lie to you. I gave them my 60 day notice and they said I only pay half a month rent. Time comes around and they said I agreed to pay full months rent. Plus they said they talked to mom who is dead. So, yeah I don’t trust them at all. I’m so glad to have left. If you don’t ever need to talk or work the office it’s not a bad place to live. But if you need anything forget it. They refused and ignored all request for a handicap parking spot, breaking Ada law."

"EDIT: the management team did call and address the below concerns, and was kind enough to waive the fee for us. They did listen and understand the mishap on all parts. I do appreciated the follow up and action taken! Nice quiet community, but the management is awful. We had a fine experience with our apartment itself & the maintenance team, but the office / management help is far below the standard. Any issues you have are irrelevant because no one is ever in the office to answer calls, open the door, talk to residents, etc. The number of times my roommates and I tried contacting the office via calls, emails, voicemails, visits to the empty leasing office, etc. is insane. Not ONCE did they ever address our issues / follow up. Be sure to read every last word of your lease, or they’ll try to con you into something you were never told. Did you know they don’t check for renewals in any fashion? No calls, no texts, no emails, no knocking on the door. Apparently signing a 12 month lease means you have to pay until the unit will be occupied again, even if it’s after your 12 month lease is up! Yes you read that right, tenants are expected to magically know that a 60 day notice must be submitted prior to move out, even if no one from management ever too you or contacted you to renew or not to renew! Yes, that was stated in the lease, but not once was it communicated to us throughout our time living there. Anyways, Foote Hills will likely respond to this claiming that is not accurate info and to call and discuss the issue, but the funny thing is they won’t answer to discuss the issue :)"

"While the move in process was a little rocky since we moved here over a year ago the place has been awesome. The community is nice and good facilities. The maintenance crew is the best part, they respond quickly and explain everything they are doing and when it'll be done."

"I haven't even started living here quite yet, but their service is top notch for the application process. I was helped by Eliza, they were able to get me all set up for an apartment within a week and a half. They are super responsive and definitely care about their tenants! I am so happy to have such a great experience with Foote Hills Apartments"
