"Beware of cockroaches and bedbugs!! The owners which are a daughter and a mother have some deep seeded issues. For a few years I was helping them fix up there apartments, seemed like a great relationship, wxcept for some weird tantrums the daughter would have. The fights they would get into with their tenants as well. Onr day my mother moved out of her apartment and that very same day I was yelled at and treated as though I did something wrong. She basically said rhe friendship was over. The daughter would act like my best friend one day and then throw tantrums at me fothe next without any reason. Then gaslight me as though I wasthe one who started whatever it was she was angry about. It escalated over the next few weeks on and off until one day they kicked me out for reacting to their 55 year old daughters bipolar mental issues. The daughter is clearly a spoiled brat and doesn't understand how to communicate with adults. She is more like a child that will try and edge you on to get a rise out of you. Good luck if you move into this place."

"How do you go about filling out an application and how to get their number?"

"I am still a tennant here, and plan on staying a very long time. The apartments are cleaned before you move in, and the owners take excellent care of them when necessary. The owners are the best, for they treat you like family."
