"AMAZING!!! I love living here and the staff is so nice!!! Ken the maintenance supervisor is so nice and helpful!!! The tanning bed i love and rent is cheap!! even after paying utilities it’s still one of the cheapest places around! Very nice quality and i get my own bathroom!!!"

"I lived here for two years and recently moved only because I got married. Alex and Ashley were so kind and helpful during my time at University Parke! Definitely recommend living here as it is the best quality for the lowest price and the rooms and living rooms are really spacious. **UPDATING REVIEW** I have a lot of friends who live here currently and I would recommend not living here based on how things are. They don’t pay for your parking pass anymore, the WiFi always sucks, and they are not even fairly priced anymore. Everyone gets their own bathroom, so that’s nice, but if you’re friends with who you’re living with I would recommend renting a house off campus or going to campus village."

"Indifferent about living here. Stinks that my rent is $399 a month but I end up paying $530 each month because of all their fees that they sneak in. It’s nice having your own bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave, but this place isn’t maintained the way us residents wish it would be. Just a few things they could do better on-cutting grass sooner instead of letting it get up to your knees, pulling weeds from the rock beds in front of the buildings, not having to make their residents park 2 buildings down or in a guest parking lot away from their apt., better response time for emails. Like I said, this place isn’t god awful, it just needs some love and honest adjustments. Overall I’d rate it probably a 5/10. Could be better, could be worse."

"This place is awful. Been living here for 2 years now and the complex has been bought out 6 or 7 times since living here. And every new owner is just raising rent and the office says they care but they truly don’t. It’s just sad. There is no more security. If you want to feel at home find somewhere else to live. I’m counting down the days to move out of here."
