"FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE, these apartments are by far the worst I've ever lived in.The property manager, Tony Gibson, is unprofessional and rude, so is the maintenance staff. The property is NOT well maintained, and the property manager DOES NOT get back with you when you contact him and leave a message. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, and if I could give a rating below 1 star I definitely would!!!"

"I love the place. Great neighbors, its quiet, and safe. Now the one thing that kills everything is Tony Gibson the manager. If you need to speak to him, ever, he's not around. When you leave a message you dont get a respond back. It's very frustrating when you have legitimate business to talk and he's not even trying to make an effort. I wouldn't say slumlord but he obviously does not care about the tenants. I have lived here 2 separate times and the last manager, Tina, was amazing. I wish there was a little more of that now."
