"My experience here has been nothing short of horrible!! I have absolutely nothing good to say . I moved here because I was looking for a roommate and found a woman who was looking to fill one of the bedrooms. Shortly after moving in she told me she was moving out of state . While she was moving I lost my key so I had to leave it unlocked for about 2 weeks before I could get into my own place here. I got a 1 bedroom on a second floor . While moving the neighbors below us noticed that we were moving out . Saturday morning when my friend was meeting me to move my bigger items, I walked into my room and my 4 ft tall jewelry armoire was stolen!! That was my first bad experience here.. and it has just continued ever since . Once I got moved into my new apartment everything was fine until I noticed the neighbors above me were leaving there puppy in the crate for hours and it would whine and bark .. I put up with this for 4 months and then called the office about it . I had to make multiple calls because they could care less . Then the harassment started .. stomping on the floor and running around. So I requested to be moved to a top floor. Un aware at the time that I was being moved right next to friends of theirs .. so within about 6 months I noticed them slamming their cabinets all the time and messing with the water while I was showering. And now my car is being keyed !!!. And to make it even worse their own maintenance staff have dis respected me by yelling .. nobody wants to fix your shower Cheryl!!! As I am walking out of Chick Fila .. and they are all laughing. I did not move here to be harassed and dis respected by staff and or tenants . Extremely disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism and the lack of security here ."
