"Average. Poor/limited breakfast services. Ran out of cereal and milk. Had to request towels and toilet paper. Room cleaned only upon request. No garbage removal. Had to take out to hallway garbage can, which also filled up too high."

"This hotel is conveniently located to a variety of restuarants to choose from that are walking distance. The associates at the front desk were friendly and courteous. It is also very family friendly. There were several families in the hotel during my stay there. Breakfast was also great. Overall, my experience was very enjoyable and I would most definitely recommend this hotel."

"I just got back from staying at this hotel for nine nights. We usually stay somewhere else while in town but decided to give this place a try bc I have had good luck with Fairfield Inn, in other cities. A couple of pros: great location, reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly. Cons: Our room was rarely cleaned, even when we requested it. The drain in the bathroom did not drain. I would have to take breaks throughout my shower and let it drain. I put in several maintenance requests but it was not fixed. In the morning they were often out of coffee, cups, lids, etc. Most days I would get dressed and run to get coffee, then bring it back. Super inconvenient. The rooms are very small. We stayed at a Hampton Inn for a few nights after we left here and the rooms were so much bigger (and nicer, cleaner). I doubt I will be staying at a Fairfield Inn again. The lack of coffee and cleaning the rooms was too much, especially the drain thing. I do not have an extra hour to waste while showering daily like that."
