"honestly wish i could’ve given this place more a higher rating but i just can’t. This property is on the older side doesn’t look like there’s been any renovations don’t since it was first built. as a first apartment it gets you by but that’s it. The shared laundry is broken half the time, let alone the laundry room itself isn’t the cleanest. The apartment itself doesn’t have much storage space and is overall on the smaller side, the layouts feel very closed off, and the lack of a light in the living room area makes it dark and kind of gloomy inside. Maintenance can be quick to respond to your needs but usually you need at least a whole day set aside cause they don’t always show first thing in the morning. This property isn’t very pet friendly either, they expect your pet to not bark at all, one bark and you’re getting a complaint. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything. overall these apartments are far from quiet. Your wifi even at the highest option available still isn’t great and it only work in part of your apartment and it will lag regardless of what you do to try to improve it. there’s a big pest problem here too lots of bugs and again no matter what you try to do to prevent constant flies or spiders they are always there. few of the only good things are the ample parking and the amazon hub. Other than those two I can’t say that I will ever rent from this complex again. there’s so many others out there that give you more for your money than this place does. The leasing agent is friendly and helpful, but the property manager is just rude, short, and seems to lack all care about the residents. Most of your neighbors are friendly and some are the far opposite. may be a better place to live if you get luckier than i did on the neighbor aspect."

"Jean has been there a long time. And, from my initial visit until now; Jean has been wonderful! She even checks in to be certain maintenance did a good job. Maintenance responds quickly and they get the job done correctly, the first time. I have lived here for 2 years."
